The room is reasonably priced.

The setting was beautiful and excellent and the staff were competent people in the first receptionist.

The deluxe king room is brand-new with large shower, WiFi plus extra large bathroom. It has genuinely professional and very professional personnel who was very accommodating and had excellent customer service.

Well-maintained hotel in a very well maintained Victorian style building. Perfect location - right by Belfast and the local leisure centre. 10 minutes walk to a historic golf club😀😀

Poor bathroom.

We stayed at a hotel near a golf course with a stunning view. The room was comfortable and spacious with a large bathroom and fantastic service from the staff during breakfast. The leisure facilities were also helpful as we took advantage of the pool 

The room was airy and spotless with a shower and shampoo in the separate bathroom. We had a very comfy bed and they prepared an exceptionally good breakfast. The location was beachfront, next to the Newcastle coast,

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was comfortable and stylish. The location, overlooking the sea, was truly breathtaking. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond,

Exceptional place, it was reasonably clean and had genuinely professional staff who was very accommodating and had excellent customer service. The breakfast was warm and extensive and on all 3 sections, reasonably priced. 

We have booked double room with very nice facilities. Well-trained personnel who was very accommodating and had excellent customer service and gave some tips about Newcastle. The main bar was amazing!
